Project Description: The complete overhaul of this private residence in Miami involved demolishing the entire existing structure down to the slab and rebuilding anew. By expanding the footprint of the building and implementing a cast-in-place concrete structure, the residence achieved an ultra-modern aesthetic characterized by expansive, open spaces and cantilevered terraces. The project encompassed a full site redevelopment, including the installation of a custom steel and glass staircase, integration of high-end finishes, and the creation of a state-of-the-art kitchen.
