Project Description: The renovation of this private residence in Miami Beach presented notable logistical hurdles as the property was to remain occupied throughout construction and the available working area was severely limited. The project encompassed a comprehensive site redevelopment, including the installation of a pile foundation for the new addition, the creation of a custom steel and glass staircase, implementation of high-end finishes, and an upgrade of the mechanical system throughout the residence. Despite the challenges posed by the constrained working environment, the project aimed to seamlessly blend modern luxury with functional design while accommodating the needs of the occupants throughout the construction process.
